NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF TESTING AUTHORITIES
The National Association of Testing Authorities ( NATA ) is Australia's national laboratory accreditation authority, and the largest such system in the world. NATA accreditation recognises and promotes facilities competent in specific types of testing, measurement, inspection and calibration

PHARMACEUTICAL SOCIETY OF AUSTRALIA (PSA)

The Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA) is the national professional organisation for pharmacists in Australia. PSA was established by the state professional pharmaceutical societies in 1977, some of which had been in existence for over 100 years, and is a federation. The establishment of PSA provided the profession not only with a national identity, but an opportunity to more effectively regulate its affairs, to achieve better coordination in consultation and liaison with the Commonwealth Government, other professions and industry.

The Society is the leading advocacy organisation for pharmacists, influencing attitudes, opinions and policies through representation, networking, consultation and a range of publications and health promoting programs and resources.

 

ROYAL AUSTRALASIAN COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS (RCPA)
The RACP is a diverse and vibrant organisation responsible for training, educating and representing over 9,000 physicians and paediatricians in Australia and New Zealand. The RACP represents physicians in 25 medical sub-specialties including public health, occupational medicine and rehabilitation medicine. HEALTH FIRST .NET.AU
Health First, fully funded by the ACT Government, is a telephone and Internet-based service available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, provided by McKesson Asia-Pacific.  The service, which  has been in operation since November 2000,  offers people of the ACT region a confidential, reliable and consistent source of advice on health care so that they can manage many of their problems at home or know where to go for appropriate care.
DOCTORCONNECT.GOV.AU

GENETIC HEALTH SERVICES

Genetic Health Services Victoria is a partnership between the Department of Human Services (DHS), the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI), other health service providers and the community. Genetic Health has the mandate to provide genetic diagnosis and counselling to the people of Victoria and Tasmania.

Genetic Health is a subsidiary of the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute and our “home base” is on the 10th floor of The Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne. Our laboratories (VCGS Pathology) are located on the 9th and 10th floors of The Royal Children’s Hospital.
